These 30-minute informal sessions are designed to connect delegates with industry decision makers from studios, streamers and networks. These sessions are opportunities to network, discuss trends and spark potential partnerships in a small group setting. Up to six delegates sign up in advance to meet with a decision maker.
Attendees who secured a spot in advance for Meet a Decision Maker should arrive at the session room 15-20 minutes prior to the session start time to check in with the room monitor and get processed. If you show up late, you risk losing your spot.
If you did not secure a spot in advance, we recommend showing up to the session room 20-30 minutes early to join the wait line. The wait line will operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
