Cancellation Policy

------ CANCELLATION POLICY ------
Should you be unable to attend this event, we require notice in writing (bwmfcustomercare@brunico.com) on or before May 10, 2024 at 5:00pm ET. Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee equal to 50% of the invoiced purchase price. All prices are quoted in CAD$. If the event is cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, or if government travel restrictions/border closures prevent you from attending, all registration fees can be transferred to Banff World Media Festival 2025. Your registration may be transferred to another individual at no charge. Should you wish to transfer your registration to another person, please inform us by email to bwmfcustomercare@brunico.com, a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event. The following details will be required: (*Mandatory) *Name of Attendee taking your spot, *Title of Attendee, Direct Phone and Fax Number, *Email Address, and *Company Details (*Name, *Address, Website and *Phone and Fax Numbers). If for any reason whatsoever the event is cancelled, the liability of Brunico Communications Ltd. shall be limited to reimbursement of the registration fees. Brunico reserves the right, with reasonable notice, to change program dates and venues and assumes no liability for the changes.

NOTE: Registration fees must be paid in full in order to gain entry to the event. No exceptions will be made.

Health & Safety Policy

Please review the in-person Banff World Media Festival 2024 Health & Safety protocols before proceeding to the registration form.
The health and safety of our community is a top priority for us. We will continue to follow the lead of the Canadian Government and the World Health Organization and the relevant Alberta provincial government authorities for planning onsite health and safety protocols.
Please note that our health and safety policy is subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify our requirements for admission to BANFF 2024 without liability.

ONSITE HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS WILL INCLUDE:

  • Providing ample touch-free hand-sanitizing stations throughout the venue
  • Ensuring high cleanliness standards within all meeting rooms
  • Encouraging delegates to feel free to wear a mask in indoor event spaces if they so choose.
These policies exist in order to help ensure the health and safety of all event delegates, staff and volunteers. Please adhere to all signage and directions.
