Austin Denesuk is an agent at CAA, working in both the TV Scripted and Books departments. The Dallas native and Lafayette College grad nearly pursued a career in law before joining CAA in 2014 where she was quickly hired by Rob Kenneally, a television packaging agent. Next tapped by television co-head Joe Cohen, she worked closely with such clients/companies as Ryan Murphy and David E. Kelley. Since being promoted to agent in 2017, she has built a diverse client list that ranges from authors, producers, directors, as well as emerging and upper-level writers. She is committed to the growth of her client's careers and is well versed in the art of a deal-making and negotiation. She is a voracious reader and her first piece of advice will always be to read “On Writing” by Stephen King.
