Speaker Patrick Vien
Patrick Vien is Group Managing Director, International at A+E Networks, a global media and entertainment company with a collection of culture brands that includes A&E, HISTORY, HISTORY2, BLAZE, Crime & Investigation, Lifetime, Lifetime Movies, FYI, VICELAND and BIOGRAPHY. Patrick, in collaboration with his teams and A+E's various partners around the world, is responsible for setting and implementing the strategy of A+E’s business interests outside the United States. This includes oversight of the group's channel brands, managing the international content sales business which has clients in over 200 markets, growing its newly launched international co-production unit and developing new growth businesses.Prior to joining A+E Networks, Patrick held a variety of leadership positions in the international media landscape including President of Pulse Films, President of the Tyra Banks Company, Chairman & CEO of Warner Music International and President of Global Networks at NBC Universal.
Patrick earned a BA in Economics at McGill University in Montreal and a masters degree at The Annenberg School at The University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
