Elise Cousineau is Vice President, Development at Sienna Films, one of Canada’s preeminent scripted content companies. In 2020, Sienna Films was acquired by Sphere Media, which specializes in the creation, adaptation, production and distribution of television and film content.
Elise’s credits with Sienna include Trickster (CBC), four seasons of serialized detective drama Cardinal (Bell Media), feature film Happy Place (Pacific Northwest Pictures), and procedural Ransom (Global, CBS, TF1 and RTL). Upcoming are half hour dramedy series Sort Of… (CBC) and the currently in production historical drama The Porter (CBC).
Elise holds a BFA in Film Production from York University and an Honours BA in Creative Writing & English Literature from Concordia University.
