Havva Eisenbaum is OWN’s Vice President, Development for Unscripted Programming, and reports to Robyn Lattaker-Johnson, Head of OWN Unscripted Development, Programming & Specials. Eisenbaum oversees the development of the network’s unscripted slate of African American female-focused programming, including series, special programming, and TV movies.
Prior to OWN, Eisenbaum was Head of Unscripted Television at Monami Productions, the powerhouse company behind the Love & Hip Hop franchise. In this role, she developed and sold series to VH1, BET, MTV, WEtv and Lifetime. Among the projects she Executive Produced for Monami was Tamar Braxton: Get Ya Life! and Angel Brinks: The Real Bling, both for WEtv.
From 2013 to 2016, Eisenbaum served as Vice President of Development at Amsterdam-based distribution and production company Off The Fence. Under the OTF banner, she created and Executive Produced factual series and specials for various American networks, including TLC and MTV.
Eisenbaum started her unscripted career at PB&J Television, where she developed and produced a wide variety of Reality Competition, Docu-Follow and Lifestyle content, including Blonde Charity Mafia for The CW, Dress My Nest for Style and Bad Sex for Logo.
