Speaker Jason Priestley
Award Winning actor Jason Priestley can currently be seen on the third season of hit series Wild Cards for CBC & the CW. He is also starring in (and directing) the upcoming Private Eyes West Coast, a spin-off of his hugely popular series Private Eyes, which ran for five seasons and co-starred Cindy Sampson.
Other recent credits include the limited series Börje for Viaplay, which covered the life and career of legendary hockey player Börje Salming, festival favorite All There Is, directed by Kit Williamson, and French film Mort sur la Piste (Death on the Racetrack) directed by Philippe Dajoux.
Priestley has also stepped behind the camera, producing and directing multiple episodes of both Private Eyes and Call Me Fitz, along with the Netflix series My Life With The Walter Boys, and the Canadian Screen Award-Nominated documentary Offside: The Harold Ballard Story.
Priestley earned multiple awards for the Canadian comedy series Call Me Fitz, including Best Comedy Actor at the Canadian Screen Awards, Best Comedy Actor at the Monte Carlo Television Festival, and Best TV Performance by a Male at the Canadian Comedy Awards. A recipient of the ACTRA National Award of Excellence, Priestley has also received a star on Canada’s Walk of Fame.
