*The first round of sign-ups for Speed Meetings and Production Partners is done by lottery. Steps on how to sign up for the lottery will be emailed to registered delegates. After the lottery runs, general signs-up will open for any available meeting spots.*

Speed Meetings
BANFF’s Speed Meetings are your fast track to game-changing industry connections. Pitch your project one-on-one to top development execs, distributors, programmers, and funders in focused eight-minute sessions. If you're looking to greenlight your next project or secure the right partner to elevate your vision, speed meetings have sparked thousands of successful partnerships and unlocked millions in new content deals.
Production Partners
Production company execs take one-on-one, eight-minute pitches — a targeted opportunity for writers, story developers and creators to connect with producers and studios actively seeking projects to develop and produce. Modeled after our Speed Meeting format, these sessions are designed to fast-track strategic partnerships.

These 30-minute informal networking sessions gather delegates and leading directors, showrunners, distributors, development executives and reps for a lively round-table exchange. It’s an opportunity to trade insights, talk about the work that inspires you and discover new collaborators in an intimate group setting.

Co-Pro Connect
Co-Pro Connect is a 45-minute roundtable session designed to spark international creative and business partnerships. Meet directly with international producers, funders, and decision makers who are actively navigating and investing in the booming co-production space. With a focus on connecting Canadian producers to global opportunities, this session offers a strategic platform to explore collaboration. Up to four delegates can sign up in advance to join a table.
