Speaker Luis Mayoral
Luis Mayoral is the Director of Creative Industries at ICEX, Spain's trade and investment promotion agency, where he leads the international positioning of Spanish creative sectors, including the audiovisual industry.
With over twenty years of international experience across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, Mr. Mayoral has developed and implemented promotion strategies for Spain's industries in some of the world's most complex and dynamic markets.
Before joining ICEX, he served for five years as Head of the Economic and Commercial Office at the Spanish Embassy in Lebanon, where he designed programs targeting a broad range of Spanish industries and creative sectors.
Earlier postings took him to Nigeria, South Korea and China, where he developed deep expertise in international markets across sectors ranging from audiovisual to fashion and design. He has also represented Spain in multilateral forums, including the G20 and the OECD, during his tenure at the Treasury Department of the Ministry of Economy.
