Kim Bondi, SVP Development and Content, joined Sphere Media Toronto in March of 2022. At Sphere, she oversees the unscripted development strategy for English content in the North American and international markets. She is an experienced creative executive with a proven track record of developing, selling and producing unscripted series in lifestyle, factual, crime, competition, reality and documentary.
Prior to joining Sphere, she was the EVP of Production and Programming, and Head of Development – Canada, at Cineflix where Bondi helped create and then oversaw a large slate of content, including Property Brothers, Homicide: Hours to Kill, Casino Confidential, Girl Scout Cookie Championship, Flipping Virgins, Rock Solid Builds, My Teenage Wedding and Food Factory. She has won many awards during her career, including six Canadian Screen Awards, one Critic’s Choice Real TV Award and two Primetime Emmy nominations. In 2024, Bondi and the Sphere team launched the unscripted, comedy series, Mark McKinney Needs a Hobby for CTV and Crave, and two seasons of the three-time CSA nominated Drag Brunch Saved My Life for Crave.
