Speaker Yoonmi Kim
Yoonmi KIM is a South Korean film producer who has been active in the film industry for over 25 years.
Since 2000, she has worked in theater management, distribution, and investment at the companies such as Megabox, Showbox, MK Pictures, and CGV Movie Collage. She was involved in numerous acclaimed films.
In 2013, she founded the production company OAL (OAL Co., Ltd.), through which she invested in and distributed Another Family (2014), and went on to produce the web drama I Eat Therefore I Am (2015) and the films such as Insane (2016), Okay! Madam (2020), Diva (2020), and Livestream(2023).
She received the 17th Women in Film Korea Award for Insane, recognizing her achievements and contribution to Korean cinema, and also serves as a board member of the Korean Film Producers Association, actively contributing to the development of Korea’s production industry.
