Shawn Efran is the founder and CEO of Bright North Studios, a production company headquartered in Toronto and specializing in factual series. BNS has produced shows for CBS, Paramount+, Vice, CW, Investigation Discovery, History, Oxygen, CNBC and many others. Shawn was previously a producer for CBS’s 60 Minutes. He is the recipient of seven Emmys, a Peabody, a Polk, an IRE medal, a Murrow, and other accolades.
