Speaker Cori Wellins
Cori Wellins is a Senior Partner in WME’s Scripted Television Department. She represents a broad array of producers, writers, directors, and talent. Wellins’ clients include Erin Foster, Liz Meriwether, Alan Yang, Lee Eisenberg, Dan Povenmire, David Heyman, Chinaka Hodge, and Eric Ledgin to name a few.
An advocate for young women, Wellins founded LA Femtors, an all-female mentoring group that helps rising Hollywood executives achieve career longevity. She joined the William Morris Agency in 1995 and went on to head its television literary department.
Wellins has been named to The Hollywood Reporter’s “Next Generation” list and has been featured in the “Women in Entertainment” issue, among others. She is a graduate of UCLA and lives in Manhattan Beach with her family.
