Speaker Sharon Stevens
An industry leader, mentor, and advocate for creators, Sharon Stevens has more than 20 years of experience in the film and TV industry. As Vice President, Programming at Hollywood Suite, her specialized knowledge of negotiations, acquisitions, scheduling, and programming have contributed to the growth and success of the company.
In her previous senior programming roles at GlassBOX Television and Blue Ant Media, she was key to the launches and re-brands of several channels, including Bite TV, AUX TV, T+E and Cottage Life. Sharon leads the commissioning and acquisitions of films and series for Hollywood Suite and oversees the programming of the broadcaster’s four premium movie channels and on demand library.
Sharon is committed to supporting the Canadian film and television community and is proud of the work she has done to help aspiring and seasoned producers see their content come to realisation.
