Deb Day is the Founder and CEO of Innovate By Day, a full-service strategic marketing and digital content studio. Prior to forming Innovate, Deb produced and directed award-winning film and television. In 2010, she recognized a real need for producers to develop digital and social media campaigns to support their projects. In eight years, the company has grown to over 20 full-time employees and has a dedicated pool of contractors. Deb works with producers, broadcasters, companies and organizations to create customized digital content and strategies.
