Chika Chukudebelu is the Director of Original Programming – Scripted at BET Networks, a Viacom flagship network, where she is responsible for shaping creative content for the network’s slate of scripted series, mini-series and event programming. Since joining the company in 2009, Chukudebelu has overseen the creative process for shows likeMadiba starring Laurence Fishburne, Being Mary Jane starring Gabrielle Union and The Game, the #1 rated comedy premiere in ad-supported cable television.
Her previous work includes leadership roles at New Line Cinema, Killer Films and Starbucks Entertainment. Chukudebelu is a member of the board at the Hollywood Radio & Television Society (HRTS) Associates and a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
