In this role, De France leads cross-functional production teams and drives the successful delivery of high-quality content across genres.
Throughout her career, De France has held several influential leadership positions, including COO of Our House Media and Director of Programming & Development at Cineflix Productions. Her expertise spans production management, creative development, talent mentorship, and large-scale content operations—contributing to the success of numerous acclaimed television series and films.
