Oliver Gray is Vice President of Network Sports and Client Partnerships at The E.W. Scripps Company, where he leads national advertising and brand partnership strategy across the company’s rapidly expanding sports and entertainment portfolio, including Scripps Sports. In this role, he focuses on connecting blue-chip advertisers with premium live sports inventory, developing integrated partnerships that deepen fan engagement and drive measurable business outcomes.  

Gray brings more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of sports, media, and advertising, with a track record of driving revenue growth across linear television, streaming, and digital platforms. Prior to joining Scripps, he served as Head of East Coast Sales and Partnerships at Overtime, where he led high-performing teams and secured partnerships with leading national brands including Dunkin’, Delta, Coca-Cola, DraftKings, Hershey, and The Home Depot.  

Earlier in his career, Gray held senior roles across the media ecosystem, including contributing to Amazon’s partnership with the National Football League on Thursday Night Football, and leadership positions at CNN, Discovery Communications, and TV Guide Network.   These experiences shaped his expertise in translating audience passion into scalable advertising solutions across platforms.

Known for his ability to bridge brands and fandom, Gray specializes in building modern sponsorship models that align marketers with culturally relevant sports moments—particularly as the media landscape shifts toward streaming and diversified distribution.
