Born in Canada and raised partially in the UK (where she trained as an actress), Megan cut her teeth in indie film & commercial production in NYC, where she grew to cinematographer, editor & finally, director. She now lives in LA.

On the heels of her festival smashing short film, Demolition, with Lacey Claire Rogers & Stephen Park (Fargo, Mickey17, The French Dispatch), Megan has most recently been attached to helm a thriller for Spyglass, which she co-wrote with the scribes of 10 Cloverfield Lane and a paranormal thriller shooting in Hamilton, Ontario fall 2026. She is also producer of an Irish art heist film slated for Q4 2026, starring Ruth Negga, Irish Film & TV winners, Éanna Hardwicke & Chris Walley, creator of an iconic alt history biopic anthology in development, and writing / directing a 90’s UK house music heist film.

As a commercial director, Megan helmed viral election sensation, Voting Booth, voiced by Julia Roberts and George Clooney for Harris Walz, alongside a multitude of health, beauty, lifestyle, sports & cellular campaigns starring the likes of Julianne Hough, Halsey, Marcus Scribner, Yvonne Orji, Daisy Fuentes, (Chicago Blackhawks’) Nick Foligno, Coach Pete Carroll & Gina Torres. Selected for the Handmaid’s Tale S4 directing program, Megan has also helmed multiple seasons of short comedic series for Amazon shows, The Lake & Kat. Directing alongside Lucy Liu, Megan’s first narrative short, Meena (PBS), was shot in Mumbai & screened in Congress.

Alongside her brother & long time collaborator, Colin K. Gray (the duo known collectively as The Sibs), Megan has EP’d multiple seasons of premium docs for hit shows like, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel & The Walking Dead franchise. Megan’s commitment to nuanced performance, evocative visuals, character development & inclusion, are matched by grace & wit under fire. The Sibs co-founded GRAiNEY Pictures, now located in Toronto (Canada), Bristol (UK) as well as Venice Beach (USA), as a global collective of change agents who seek impact and innovation in storytelling.
