Jennifer Twiner McCarronisPresident of Blue Ant’s Kids, Family and Young Adult (YA) division, where oversees all animation and live action.

Jennifer joined animation studio Atomic Cartoons (Atomic) in 2011 and helped grow it from a 10-person team into an industry leader in kids and family content. In 2016, she was appointed CEO of Atomic, and two years later became CEO of its parent company, Thunderbird Entertainment Group, taking on a dual leadership role across teams in Vancouver, Los Angeles, and Ottawa. Under her leadership, Thunderbird went public on the TSX Venture Exchange in 2018 and continued to scale through strategic partnerships and content growth, culminating in its acquisition by Blue Ant Media in 2026.

She has executive produced hit series including the Emmy-winning The Last Kids on Earth (Netflix), Dogs in Space (Netflix), and Molly of Denali (PBS Kids). Her work spans a slate of award-winning programming across major platforms.

Named one of The Hollywood Reporter’s Most Powerful Women in Canadian Entertainment (2025), Jennifer has also been recognized by Business in Vancouver, WXN, BC Business, and Playback Magazine for her leadership in content creation, innovation, and equity. She serves on several boards, including the Vancouver Board of Trade and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce’s BIPOC Council, and holds degrees from Carleton University and the Vancouver Film School.
