Since 2020, J.C. has led scripted and unscripted content strategy as President and Head of Content for Cineflix Productions, a global film and television studio with offices in New York, Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, and London. He oversees the development slate, manages productions, works across co-productions with Cineflix Rights and is responsible for the division’s feature doc business.

J.C.’s executive producer credits include: Summer Qamp, a feature documentary chronicling the stories of LGBTQIA2S+ campers and counselors for Peacock, Super Channel and TVA, that premiered at TIFF 2023; Nancy Buirski’s Desperate Souls, Dark City and the Midnight Cowboy that premiered at the Venice and Telluride 2022; multiple TV movies for Hallmark and Lifetime; true crime docudramas Don’t Open the Door for Hearst Networks EMEA and Super Channel, Betting on Paradise for HGTV US, Investigation Shark Attack and Air Crash Investigation for National Geographic International, History’s Greatest Picks with Mike Wolfe for The HISTORY Channel, and Cirque Life—a new docuseries following the cast and crew of one of Cirque du Soleil’s most popular shows, Luzia—for CBC.

In additional to running Cineflix Productions and Philadelphia-based Glass Entertainment Group previously, J.C. is a NY-bar-admitted attorney with twenty years’ experience in the media business where he has had content roles as an international distribution executive, a National Geographic content development executive, and a talent agent at ICM. Most recently, he’s been asked to join non-profit Entertainment 2 Affect Change’s (E2AC) advisory board for the soon-to-Lauch E2AC+. Lastly, and most importantly, he’s the father of three boys (this role is ongoing).
