Catalina Briceño has been examining the digital transition of the audiovisual and interactive media sectors for almost 25 years. After a career as a Television and Web producer followed by several management positions in government-related organizations, she is now a Professor at the Media School of the Université du Québec à Montréal. Her research interests include the political economy of media platforms, governance and public policy in the audiovisual sector, as well as strategic intelligence and foresight approaches applied to cultural and creative industries. To this end, she is pursuing her analyst and consultant practice as one of the co-founder of La Société des demains (https://demains.co/), as well as an author and lecturer.
