Amazon Studios

Beth Iley is the Senior Development Executive for Amazon Studios, Canada. In her role, she sources, develops and oversees the production of original series for Amazon’s streaming service, Prime Video. Upcoming releases from the slate include season two of The Lake starring Jordan Gavaris and Julia Stiles, the revival of French language hit series Nuit Blanche, and The Sticky from Blumhouse Television, starring Margo Martindale, and Oscar winner Jamie Lee Curtis in a guest starring role. Prior to her post at Amazon Studios, Beth was the Director of Development for New Metric Media, where she developed and produced half hour comedy series Children Ruin Everything alongside Emmy® and Golden Globe® Award-winning writer/creator Kurt Smeaton for CTV and Roku, and developed Bria Mack Gets A Life with creator Sasha Leigh Henry for Bell Media/Crave. Her work also includes development of internationally acclaimed series Orphan Black  (CTV Sci-Fi, BBC America, BBC Worldwide), X Company (CBC, History Channel, Sony International), The Next Step (Family Channel, Hulu, BBC Worldwide), Lost & Found Music Studios (Family Channel, Netflix), and Killjoys (CTV Sci-Fi, Syfy, NBC Universal) for which she also served as Producer.
