Channel 4

Nick Lee is Head of Acquisitions and International for Channel 4. Leading the broadcaster in licensing on all acquired series and the theatrical film slate for both their linear portfolio and VOD platform. In addition, Lee is responsible for driving wider content partnership deals and prebuying drama from script to supplement the Channel 4 commissioned drama slate. He seeks both US and internationally packaged opportunities for early stage collaboration and co-production.

With C4 for 8 years and been responsible for bringing iconic shows to the channel from The Handmaids Tale, Rick & Morty, Modern Family; as well as managing C4’s enviable slate of catalogue content deals, he has delivered on new growth driving VOD collections such as True Crime on 4. More recently Lee has an evolved approach to scripted pre-buying for C4; reshaping the economics of drama co-production’s and bringing a new scripted commercial tone; highlights under this model include Catch 22, Spreadsheet, Close To Me, The Light In The Hall.
