Marina Di Pancrazio

Chief Content Revenue Officer

Just For Laughs Group

Marina Di Pancrazio is the Chief Content Revenue Officer of The Just for Laughs Group since early 2020. In her role, she leads teams based in Montréal, Toronto, and LA, in TV development, production, and distribution sales as well as serving as an Executive Producer on JFL shows.

In mid-2020, she led the Distribution team’s international expansion into AVOD, and in 2022 launched 2 company-owned FAST channels. She is also the EP on JFL shows. Just For Laughs content is sold in over 150 countries and is programmed on 45+ AVOD platforms. With new scripted, unscripted and reality content released every year, the Group’s library features 1000+ hours of programming. Its YouTube channels feature over 14 million subscribers globally. As of 2021, the Group is also representing third-party libraries.

Ms. Di Pancrazio has over 25 years of business and strategy experience in the content and entertainment industry. Prior to Just For Laughs, she spent 12 years at The Walt Disney Company. From 2016 to 2020, she served as the Director of Sales Service and Marketing of Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution, representing the vast Disney library in Canada. Ms. Di Pancrazio joined Disney in 2008 as the Executive Director of Disney Branded Kids’ Programming for Disney Channels Worldwide Canada, overseeing content and brand strategies. While in this position, she oversaw the launches of 8 linear TV channels, 16 platforms, and 5 apps.

Prior to 2008, Ms. Di Pancrazio held several positions with Astral Media, including Manager of Original Productions of The Movie Network from 2005, overseeing pre-buys of feature films and documentaries. Fluent in English and French, Ms. Di Pancrazio holds a B.F.A. in Film Production from Concordia University as well as an M.B.A. from Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
