It’s 2024 - yet the fight against racism, particularly anti-Black racism, remains an urgent issue in the industry. While progress has been made, much work remains to embed anti-racism strategies deeply into organizational frameworks, production practices, and mentorship programs. This professional development session, led by Natasha Tony, an expert in combating anti-Black racism, offers practical insights for creating meaningful change within your organization and personal practice.
